WHY ARE MY NEON SIGN CO NEONS SAFE?
My Neon Sign Co Neon signs are all made with the latest in Neon technology and are all PVC or SILICONE LED
HOW DO I HANG MY NEON AND ARE THEY HEAVY?
Hanging your Neon sign is really easy! Our signs are as simple as hanging a picture – just this one plugs in and glows. MY NEON SIGN CO signs ALL arrive with pre-drilled holes and can be hung by a chain, on hooks, heavy-duty temporary hooks, or fishing wire.
My Neon Sign Co’s neon sign will weigh between 2-5kg.
My Neon Sign Co Neons are safe to transport and easy to install
Please note that if you are hardwiring your neon sign it voids its 12 month warranty because if it faults then is can be hard for us to establish the cause.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Costs vary depending on the country you’d like your sign shipped too. Please let us know when you’re placing your order and we can provide a quote for shipping. If your LED Neon sign is not urgent then it will automatically use our standard lead time. Which is between 3-5 weeks from date of full payment. All My Neon Sign Co custom signs shipped within Australia $40 Perth $60 Express/ Rush orders $100-$150. If your Neon is required urgently for an event ,gift, or just cause you want your Neon earlier we can offer you an Express/Rush option for a extra $100-$150 again from date of full payment.
CAN I USE MY NEON SIGN OUTSIDE?
My Neon Sign Co standard neons are for indoor use only.
If you require an outdoor neon, PLEASE choose outdoor or specify in notes. As these will come with an outdoor adaptor and plug.
HOW CAN I CUSTOM A NEON THAT I CANNOT WITH YOUR CUSTOM TOOL?
No problems just email /DM us direct and we are happy to work with you and your ideas
CAN I RETURN MY CUSTOM MADE NEON ?
NO ! My Neon Sign Co has a strict NO refunds or returns on all custom Neons.
WILL MY NEON HAVE A WARRANTY?
All INDOOR My Neon Sign Co Neons come with a 12 month warranty covering faulty neons. INDOOR USE ONLY
DOES MY NEON COME WITH A REMOTE?
Full remote control Neons are available.Switch ON/OFF and a choice of 10 brightness settings. The LED Neon lights can be set to flashing with an adjustable speed. Which is an optional extra, with an extra cost to your Neon. Remotes $33 extra . We do recommend the dimmer & remote as it allows you to dim your Neon brightness which can help with exposure when taking photos in front of your Neon or having the Neon as a feature for a photo shoot or wedding.
WHY WILL IT TAKE 3-5 WEEKS FOR DELIVERLY OF MY NEW CUSTOM NEON?
MY NEON SIGN Co Neons are all hand-made so there is a manufacturing time on each order. The maximum turnaround is 5 weeks, but it is likely you will receive your Neon earlier than this. If you’re in a hurry for an additional cost (contact us to confirm). Please note there are factors involved which are out of our control.
CAN I ORDER A SIGN THAT IS PARTIALLY NEON?
ABSOLUTELY! My Neon Sign Co also offers UV printing, so we can help you with a combination of UV printing and Neon!
CAN MY NEON STAND UP WITHOUT NEEDING TO HANG ?
Absolutely ! Their are two options available: -Neons can be created in a clear acrylic box, or -Neons can be created with an acrylic base to allow for stand-up signs (up to 80cm)
